vara bungas: interesanta SE  ekspertu viedokļu kombinācija. Viens saka, ka SE militārās varēšanas atjaunošanai nepieciešami 10-15 gadi, bet otrs pareģo, ka pēc 10-15 gadiem Rietumeiropa būs sprukās, ja turpinās samazināt militāros budžetus, bet RU turpinās pārapbruņojuma programmu. Parasti izsakot  nepatīkamas prognozes analītiķi, tīri psiholoģiski, tendēti tās attālināt laikā. Līdz ar to es teiktu 5-10 gadi, ja viss turpināsies kā līdz šim.
