Conscripts will start training with the howitzers this fall. So, essentially the next batch of conscripts will learn to use it. The howitzers will go through some modifications as well, to suit the needs and requirements of EDF. Those modifications will be done locally (unlike the more complicated Lithuanian modernization of PzH2000, which was done in Germany), and hopefully faster. The howitzers will also use locally developed fire-support system “Tooru”. It was already used for firing the first shots.
