Tas liekas pašsaprotami, ja valstī valda pārticība, būs arī saticība, ja vien tauta nav pilna nozombētu muļķu.
Ja valstī ir smagas sociālās un ekonomiskās problēmas, tad pat bruņotu šimpanžu banda var valsti novest totālā karā un sagraut jau tā trauslo socekonomisko sistēmu un atmest to akmens laikmetā.
