Un ņemot vērā, ka palīdzēt UA ar moderniem ieročiem neviens nesteidz, bet kazarmas LV ir sabūvētas uz palikšanu, tad vismaz līdz 2018.gada rudenim (kad RU beigsies Pasaules futbola čempionāts un sāksies Putina pārvēlēšanas) reģionā būs relatīvs miers.
