vara bungas: “policy of rapid relief” šeit nozīmē ātru, izlēmīgu un  nesāpīgu  augstāko amatu atbrīvošanu no ģenerāļiem, kuri nenodrošina uzvaru. Protams, ka vislābāko novērtējumu komandierim dod karš, bet šāds novērtējums ir ļoti dārgs tiešā un pārnestā nozīmē. Principā arī reālistiskas mācības var parādīt,  kurš ir who. Tieši tādēļ reālistiskas mācības nav diez ko izplatītas.
