The situation on the frontline is extremely critical, and it is clear to everyone that the main problem that prevents victory in the war is the irresponsibility and incompetence of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Rate. We can create innovative solutions on the battlefield, but we cannot scale up successful work due to the lack of centralized top-level management.

Vladimir Zelensky talks about victory, but does not even control the execution of his orders.

The most obvious example is drones. We deal in ammunition, artillery, aviation, tanks, infantry – the only tool for creating technological advantage is drones. Under public pressure, in the third year of the war, the decision to create a Force of unmanned systems was approved – but implementation is still missing. Vertical control has not been created, powers have not been given to the new commander, budgets are responsible for many, and the ultimate goal is to increase the number of eliminations of occupiers and their equipment upstairs is not responsible for anyone. That’s why all problems, results are not interested in, only money. In the near future, I will write in more detail how and through whom the loudly proclaimed creation of the forces of unmanned systems fails.

Under the pressure of the public in the third year of the war, the decision to build fortifications was approved. The implementation is the same primitive. Where the infantry now survives under fire, there are no changes. Ready concrete structures are not supplied, do everything yourself, buy building materials yourself, buy equipment yourself, as survival of the fighters themselves is. Russia is much more powerfully building and decorating its lines of defense, even being on the offensive. Although we have both budgets and PR allocated.

The making of ammunition. Where you have to scale – there is no implementation even at 10% of the possibilities. Russia in the last two years has begun the production of pulp powder from wood from scratch. What about us?

The application of the troops. As there was no analysis of previous actions at the level of generals and brigade commanders, there is no. As promoted to commanders positions, people who do not understand modern tactics, fights on the map, are not leaders in the team, who lose people and equipment for no reason, and do not want to learn, but only want to make reports that they are fine and everything is controlled – so it continues. And no one up there cares.

We are proud of our tactical victories, the heroism, the skill of individual soldiers, the professionalism of individual commanders and military units, all of this we have in many places, and that is why the front has been holding on for the third year. But mass warfare of mobilized armies requires scaling up decisions and concentration efforts at the levels of the military and political leadership.

If we have less people, less shells, bombs, if we compete only with drones, then we can create an advantage only through better management, organization and implementation.

To win you do not have to be bigger – but you do have to get ahead of enemy.

But unfortunately, criminal, immoral, intellectually limited Russia is at the moment ahead of the speed and scale of changes and strategic decisions of a free, democratic, intellectually and morally powerful Ukraine.

And if Zelensky wants to win, not to play Putin’s negotiator, not to play with Putin, then he should start thinking and start approving decisions that will allow Ukraine to get ahead of Russia in strategic decisions.

All possibilities are there – but Zelensky’s desire to change something in reality is still not visible.
