Estonia is also still participating. Things are moving slightly slower though, due to the fact that the defence plan and major procurements have been planned for a longer period (~10 years). The intention is to replace the roughly 100 armored vehicles (mostly XA-180) approaching their end of life.
First, let me congratulate the whole of the people of Estonia in your person on Independence Day.

Yeah, 40+ years in service means that engines are close to their limit which should be about 100K km.
